We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen Manager Cook days Monday thru Friday 8a -4p with opportunity for overtime to oversee our kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service, and working with a passioniate team, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing staff, inventory, and food preparation processes to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise two staff
- Occasional weekend coverage
- Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
