Responsibilities:
– Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients
– Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
– Assist the cook or chef in cooking and plating dishes
– Stock and organize ingredients and supplies
– Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
– Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred
– Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
