Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in their designated areas.
- Support the culinary team during peak hours by providing assistance wherever necessary.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in food service operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
