The Role
We are hiring Kitchen, Bath & Closet Sales and Design Consultants to work with homeowners on kitchen and bathroom projects from initial consultation through sale.
Our work includes:
- Kitchen remodeling and cabinetry
- Bath systems (Acrylic, Stone, Tile)
- Custom Closet
This role combines client consultation, design input, and sales.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in their homes and in our showroom
- Understand project goals, layout, and budget
- Guide customers through design options and material selections
- Prepare and present proposals
- Follow up and close projects
- Maintain organized notes and communication with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, design, or remodeling (kitchen/bath/closet preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow up consistently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Compensation
- Base / draw available based on experience
- Commission on closed projects
- Growth opportunity as volume increases
Additional Notes
- Leads will be a mix of company-generated and self-generated
- This role will evolve as marketing and lead flow expand
- Opportunity to grow within the company as we build out the sales team
