Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
This is a Part-Time Position, must be able to work from Monday to Saturday, shift from 8 am to 2 pm.
Responsibilities:
– Wash dishes, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
– Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
– Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
– Empty trash containers regularly
– Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good communication skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
