Core hours:Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST

We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified asHybridunder our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Role Summary
As the Key Account Specialist (KAS) – Chains, you will be responsible for the day-to-day account maintenance of Eminence’s Chain Spa Partners and supporting the Key Account Manager (KAM) – Chains with growing Eminence’s existing and new Chain business. You will attend key networking events with the goal of nurturing existing account relationships and developing new account partnerships. You will be the main point of contact for order processing and works closely with the Inside Sales Team to ensure order accuracy. As the Key Account Specialist (KAS) – Chains, you will report directly to the Key Account Manager (KAM) – Chains and indirectly to the Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and execute Chain strategy, produce revenue forecasts for each Chain, and support Chain accounts that are struggling to meet their forecasted targets

Provide information to Chain Spa Partners regarding product launches, new non-launch items (product/print) and any pricing updates

Maintain a high level of knowledge on Eminence’s products and services to ensure all Chain accounts are provided with accurate information

Demonstrate a full understanding about each Chain Spa Partner’s custom Sales Programs, process orders, and find opportunities for upselling

Monitor potential gaps in each Chain’s SKU selections and stay informed of any upcoming corporate mergers and changes in the Chain corporate structures

Assist with Chain special events, promotion logistics, custom marketing support, and custom education/training requests

Assist in updating each Chain’s centralized ordering system to ensure pricing and product information is current and correct

Assist with preparation and attend in-person and virtual Tradeshows & Networking Events as needed and conduct subsequent Lead follow

Support Key Account Manager with new Chain business prospecting opportunities, update lead tracker and database, and help to expand the locations at which Eminence is carried within current Chain accounts

Facilitate the process of qualifying and opening of new Chains including coordination with the Key Account Manager, the Outside Sales Team, sample orders, opening order product selection, and opening order paperwork

Qualifications

Inside Sales or Account Management experience (particularly in a Call Centre environment) – minimum 2 years

Customer Service experience – minimum 3 years

Tradeshow and Networking Event organization experience – minimum 3 tradeshows or events

Business Development or Lead Generation experience preferred

Project management experience – preferred

Request for Proposal (RFP) experience – preferred

Esthetic industry experience – an asset

Exceptional written/oral communication and proficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook)

Effective time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational ability

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities
