JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Junior Technical Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support across multiple technical initiatives for a large maritime client. This individual will partner closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects stay organized, on track, and well-documented. Responsibilities Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, timelines, and tracking documents using standard project management tools Track action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent technical projects Coordinate cross-functional meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of clear meeting notes and action items Support documentation efforts by drafting, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, technical requirements, and standard operating procedures Serve as a central point of contact for routine project communications with internal teams and external vendors Follow up with third-party vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of project components, updates, and documentation Partner with the Business Analyst to track requirements and gather inputs from internal stakeholders Compile updates from project team members to prepare weekly status reports for leadership Monitor shared inboxes or ticketing systems and route requests to appropriate technical resources Provide general operational and administrative support, including data entry and document control, to support efficient project execution
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar operational support role Previous experience supporting technical teams such as software development, data analytics, or engineering is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or task-tracking tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate meetings into clear action items Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to follow up on tasks and updates independently
