We offer an extensive array of comprehensive engineering design and design/build services encompassing power system engineering, design-build services for utilities, joint use and telecommunication design, traffic and transportation engineering, and renewable energy systems. Responsibilities:

  • Support Primary employees with day-to-day technical-related concerns.
  • Setting up new hire computers and systems as well as basic Windows Server administration (configure PC/Laptops).
  • Set up development/imaging tools.
  • Server Maintenance.
  • Audit Inventory/Stock accounts.
  • Maintain inventory databases.
  • Create, modify, and set up permissions for accounts.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Office 365
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk mgmt.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
