At Children’s College, our Etobicoke center provides a structured and supportive environment where children can thrive. Our comprehensive centre-based services are designed to foster skill development, social interaction, and independence.
Responsibilities:
· Implement ABA programming with fidelity in one-on-one sessions with children in a centre- based model under the supervision of a BCBA
· Record and graph data accurately throughout sessions
· Follow behaviour protocols as outlined by Behaviour Innovations.
· Maintain consistent communication with the clinical team regarding client progress
· Actively participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
· Post Secondary education in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent. Alternatively a diploma in CYW, SSW, PSW or DSW.
· Excellent communication, analytic, and problem solving skills
· Strong organizational abilities with a self-motivated, high-energy and enthusiastic approach
· Experience working with individuals with special needs and prior implementation of ABA are assets
· Updated vulnerable sector screening is required
Work Schedule:
· 3-4 days a week scheduled 8:45 am – 12:30pm between Monday to Friday from July 6 to September 4, 2026
· Opportunity to increase hours based on ratios

Experience:
- working with children: 1 year (preferred)
- working with developmental disabilities: 1 year (preferred)
