CSN Klassen is looking for a Junior Estimator to join our repair team in Swift Current, SK. If you are passionate about estimating and looking for an opportunity to contribute your expertise within a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting position.
Career Overview/Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle for damage and create repair plan and estimate the cost of damage.
- Coordinate with the customer to arrange a suitable time for the vehicle repair.
- Oversee the quality of repair and ensure accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
- Supporting the ordering and sourcing of parts.
- Ensures customers have a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in estimating is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to strive for excellence.
- A basic understanding of SGI and insurance companies’ guidelines.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire repair process.
- In-depth knowledge of estimating software (i.e. Mitchell and Qapter) is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license required.
- Proven track record of high-quality customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop additional knowledge.
