Key Responsibilities:
• Draft documents including pleadings and settlement agreements
• Assist partners on litigation matters
• Independently manage various employment law cases
• Provide actionable legal advice during client meetings
• Represent clients in various legal settings and hearings
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• BC Bar eligibility or current call
• Proficient in drafting and organization
• Interest in both plaintiff-side and employer-side law
• Willingness to meet a 1200-hour target
