Join Match Box Consulting Group as a Junior Desktop Support and Windows 11 Migration Technician in downtown Vancouver. This part-time role requires on-site work three days a week, assisting with laptop deployments and user support.
This contract position offers 22.5 hours per week, focusing on Windows 10 and 11 support. Ideal candidates will excel in device provisioning, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation. You’ll also manage IT ticketing systems, preferably using Asana, while coordinating multiple user appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration support
• Deploy and image laptops for users
• Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and networking issues
• Install and configure necessary software applications
• Schedule user appointments and manage upgrade schedules
Requirements:
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11 administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot preferred
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills required
• Ability to work on-site Tuesday to Thursday
• Experience supporting Apple macOS devices preferred
