Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
· Support the analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
· Contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to implement solutions.
· Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new systems and process changes.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
· Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established methodologies.
· Learn and apply data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
· Provide administrative support to the project management office as needed. Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay abreast of industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree
· Self-motivated individuals.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid setting.
· Willingness to learn new things.
