In this role, you will manage non-conformities, facilitate Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and ensure compliance with 5 Whys analysis. The position requires excellent communication skills in both French and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the follow-up of non-conformities and CARs
• Conduct investigations on internal and supplier non-conformities
• Ensure compliance with root cause analysis processes
• Prepare and distribute monthly quality reports
• Manage supplier quality evaluations and communication
Requirements:
• College diploma in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Quality Assurance in aerospace
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 standards preferred
• Strong leadership and report preparation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
