We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber with at least three years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential construction sites. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge of plumbing, schematics, and building systems
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber in construction settings
- Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, and pipe threading techniques
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe fitting machinery
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site travel or material transport purposes
- Additional handyman skills such as remodeling, maintenance work, or assembly are advantageous
