We are seeking reliable Journeyman Carpenters who can work independently with limited supervision while maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and quality. The role involves a variety of commercial and industrial carpentry tasks on projects in Medicine Hat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rough carpentry, framing, and backing.
- Install temporary protection, hoarding, and layout.
- Build concrete formwork.
- Install stairs and handrails.
- Handle materials and provide general site support.
- Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Carpenter certification or comparable experience.
- Experience in rough carpentry, framing, formwork, and finishing tasks.
- Valid CSTS and WHMIS certifications (required).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
