What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of residential carpentry experience in custom home building and renovations.
- Journeyman certification is required.
- Expertise in high-end finishing carpentry, including cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, collaborating effectively with trade managers and leads.
- Extensive renovation experience with strong finishing skills.
