Key Responsibilities
- Millwork & Trim: Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, door casings, and wainscotting with exact precision.
- Cabinetry & Furniture: Construct, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, shelving, and built-in furniture according to client specifications and blueprints.
- Fixture Installation: Hang interior and exterior doors, install window frames, and securely fit door hardware (locks, hinges, and handles).
- Detailing & Finishing: Sand, stain, caulk, putty, and varnish wood surfaces to achieve a flawless, ready-to-paint appearance.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized work environment, adhere to all safety protocols, and ensure zero-waste material usage.
