We are seeking a skilled Java Fullstack Developer (Angular) for a full-time position with Citi in an onsite role based in Mississauga, Toronto, ON, Canada, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Angular frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend technologies.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.
- Build and manage backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data storage and retrieval.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Optimize application performance and scalability (frontend + backend).
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Technical Areas Within Scope Of This Position
- Fullstack web development (Angular frontend + Java/Spring Boot backend).
- RESTful API development and integration.
- SQL databases (MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL data storage.
- Microservices architecture and third-party service connectivity.
Must Have (Required Skills)
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience in Angular (latest versions preferred).
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience in REST API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL / Oracle).
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with Git or other version control tools.
Good To Have Skills
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Proven fullstack development experience with strong Java/Spring Boot backend expertise, Angular frontend proficiency, REST API development, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL) in enterprise environments.
Engagement Requirements
- Onsite work required in Mississauga, Toronto, ON, Canada.
- Full-time position with Citi.
