Job Summary
Trailer World is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team in Ozark, Alabama. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our showroom, offices, restrooms, and surrounding grounds. If you take pride in keeping a workplace clean and presentable, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility daily
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors
- Wipe down countertops, desks, and common area surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of the showroom floor and lot areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Restock restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
- Perform outdoor duties such as picking up litter around the property
- Complete other cleaning tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a safe and efficient manner
- Reliable transportation to and from work
