Join our team as an ITSM Developer overseeing the Service Now platform. Manage configurations, collaborate on enhancements, and support top-tier customer service in a hybrid work environment.
Reporting to the Manager of Service Delivery, you will ensure the Service Now platform runs smoothly and meets organizational needs. You will work closely with Level One and Level Two Technical Analysts to deliver optimal IT services and ensure they have the tools necessary for success.
Your role includes routine platform maintenance, customizations, and upgrades to enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Service Now configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
• Maintain performance and security through routine updates
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Enhance dashboard capabilities for incident tracking and requests
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Service Now administration and module management
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM processes
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Service Now certification is a plus
