Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 technical support for users
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment
• Manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 licenses

Requirements:
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticketing and asset management tools
• Fluency in French and advanced English
