Job Title: IT Technician
Responsibilities:
– Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
– Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users
– Set up user accounts and manage access control
– Perform regular system backups and ensure data security
– Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades
– Conduct training sessions for employees on IT-related topics
– Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
– Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
– Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
– Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
