Responsibilities
Provide 1st level IT phone support to corporate users in Head-office and remote branches.
Provide IT local support to Head-office users by:
Installing PCs software and hardware.
Installing new computers and preparing old equipment for recycling and disposal.
Providing basic troubleshooting with LAN/WAN connectivity and wireless phones.
Register, correct, and escalate user requests through the use of corporate tools, including remote support and TOPdesk (ITSM).
Help the IT department maintain asset information updated and accurate.
Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.

Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
Ability to identify problems and apply basic problem-solving techniques to resolve technical issues.
