Full job description
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks. Duties: – Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals – Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications – Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN) and network devices – Provide desktop support to end-users, assisting with software installations, account setups, and troubleshooting – Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and resolve technical issues – Assist with the setup and maintenance of virtual private networks (VPN) – Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions – Document technical procedures and create user guides Qualifications: – Proven experience in IT support or related field – Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting tools such as Remedy or similar ticketing systems – Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications – Understanding of local area networks (LAN) and network devices – Experience in desktop support and help desk operations – Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical users Benefits: – Competitive salary based on experience – Health insurance coverage – Retirement plan options – Paid time off If you are a dedicated IT professional with strong technical skills and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this position.
