Full job description
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues with office, engineering, and production software.
Document IT processes and develop procedures to standardize operations.
Collaborate with the team in implementing new IT solutions and updates to existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
Secondary or higher technical education, preferably in IT.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar IT supervisory role.
Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting software.
Knowledge of computer network operations, configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
Experience working in an Active Directory environment.
Familiarity with administering Microsoft 365 services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
