Your Newpany Our client, a very well-known oil and gas client is looking for an IT Project Manager.
Your New
Role:
Responsible for coordination andpletion of large scale and moreplex projects
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and aplish goals
Change management
expertise:
Negotiates changes in scope, budget or calendar with Project Owner and/or management.
Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Provides guidance to other project managers.
Responsible for the coordination andpletion of projects within the information technology department.
Oversees all aspects of projects.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Desired PM/Technical experience:
IS infrastructure including networking/telephony technology, Field network Infrastructure knowledge and experience including technologies such as VSAT, Radio, Mobilemunications etc.
OT (SCADA) experience desired but not mandatory.
Decision Making:
Makes decisions and rmendations on highly technical orplex issues and without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity to interpret policy
