Overview
We are seeking a Field Technician to provide onsite repair support for Lenovo laptops across Red Deer and Calgary. This is a great opportunity for technicians looking to gain Lenovo certification, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Lenovo laptops onsite
- Replace hardware components (keyboard, screen, battery, motherboard, etc.)
- Complete service tickets and documentation
- Provide professional, customer-facing support
Training & Support
- Guidance to complete Lenovo Verified Technician certification
- Access to Lenovo online training resources
Requirements
- Experience in laptop/desktop hardware repair
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license (for travel between sites)
Compensation
- Per ticket payment model
- Gas mileage reimbursement provided
