The ITSM Change & Transition Manager / IT Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT delivery and technical change activities within the enterprise Data Protection and Shared Drives Access Management Program.
This role ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with security, risk, and compliance requirements. It focuses on the controlled execution of ITSM change activities including technical ticket execution, data migration, data classification enablement, licensing and entitlement management, and formal transition of new capabilities into steady state operations.
Operating at the intersection of IT Service Management (ITSM), data protection, identity and access management (IAM), and operational readiness, the role coordinates cross functional technical teams, manages delivery risks and dependencies, and ensures that sensitive data is appropriately classified, protected, and access controlled across platforms such as NetApp, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, and related data governance tools.
Must Have Skills:
1. 8+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager working on technical projects
2. Previous expereince executing well‑governed technical changes with minimal operational disruption.
3. Must have established and maintained an operational process and procedure library for the program (Complete, accurate, and auditable documentation and runbooks)
4. 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, Sharepoint, and understanding of access management concepts (Clean transition of data protection and access management capabilities into steady state operations)
5. 2+ years previous experience in validating data migrations between platforms
6. Strong proficiency with MS Suite (Excel, PPT, Forms)

1. MS Visio

3. previous experience running technical change workshops
