This role is responsible for managing the organization’s Microsoft 365 and identity environment while also building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting end‑user platforms, securing identity and device management, and implementing automation across Azure Dev Ops and other CI/CD tools. The position requires strong technical breadth, hands‑on problem‑solving, and the ability to work across infrastructure, security, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including User management, Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Configure SharePoint sites, permissions, document libraries, and governance policies.
  • Troubleshoot user issues across M365 applications and provide Tier 1/2 support.

Identity, Access, and Device Management

  • Administer Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, security groups, conditional access, MFA, and application integrations.
  • Configure and maintain Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Support identity governance, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Dev Ops, Automation, and CI/CD

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Azure Dev Ops pipelines using YAML for CI/CD automation.
  • Implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows for applications and infrastructure.
  • Integrate pipeline automation with Azure services, Git repositories, and artifact management.

Infrastructure & Operations

  • Support cloud resource provisioning and configuration in Azure environments.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security across cloud and endpoint platforms.
  • Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and runbooks.
  • Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
    .
  • Hands‑on expertise with Entra identity management.
  • Proficiency with Intune device management and endpoint security.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Online configuration and governance.
  • Practical experience building Azure Dev Ops YAML pipelines
    .
  • Familiarity with Jenkins
    , Git Lab CI
    , or other CI/CD platforms.
  • Ability to write and maintain cron jobs and automation scripts (Power Shell, Bash, or Python).
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and Dev Ops best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of security best practices for identity, endpoints, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana).
