The RBC Dominion Securities branch is seeking a dedicated Associate to provide administrative support to our Investment Advisors. You’ll use your skills to offer efficient service and help strengthen client relationships. Preferred candidates have at least one year of investment field experience as an assistant or associate, with a full IIROC license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain existing client accounts and contact opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively
• Provide proactive client service through problem resolution
• Manage incoming communications from clients and Advisors
• Assist in onboarding new clients for the Advisory team
Requirements:
• IIROC licensed with Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the securities industry is a plus
