Tillsonburg Custom Foods has an immediate opening for a full time Inventory Control Specialist.Overview:The Inventory Control Specialist will report to the Shipper/Receiver Lead, and is responsible for performing all functions related to inventory. The hours for this position will be 8am-4:30pm, however subject to change with respect to the needs of the business
Key Responsibilities:
Pick all orders per the Lead’s schedule;
Perform physical counts of inventory items on a daily basis to ensure proper inventory counts of each item in Minotaur;
Pull any dry storage items down to the main floor per the Lead’s schedule;
Update cell locations in Minotaur to ensure accurate inventory counts on a daily basis;
Review the min / max levels of all products and indirect supplies on a weekly basis, notify the Sales & Logistics Coordinator when products reach their max levels or their re-order point;
Perform a clean-up of the shipping/receiving area on a daily bases (ie. sweep, dispose of cardboard & garbage, charge equipment, etc.);
Physically receive any deliveries that arrive at TCF after 3:00pm;
Load trucks for delivery as required;
Assist the Lead in physically organizing the storage freezer per the Leads schedule;
Support Production if there is any downtime throughout the shift;
Other duties as required;
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
