Inventory Clerk Jobs in Stoney Creek at Norstar Windows & Doors Ltd.

1) Digitally manage inventory and as required create inventory reports.

2) Confirms product required for upcoming production is on-hand in advance of production start.

3) Reconcile inventory differences between physical stock and digital data.

4) Ensures transfer of inventory within ERP system is correct.

5) Participate in resolving inventory issues.

6) May operate forklift or powered pallet jack truck to move freight (depending on skill and experience).

7) Liaises with Production, Purchasing and Receiving Departments.

8) Assist in Receiving as required.

Requirements

3 -5 years direct experience in an A/P capacity.

· Minimum of two years previous inventory control experience.

· Experience as a Receiver is a definite ASSET.

· Proven knowledge of inventory, supply chain, and production control processes in a manufacturing environment.

· High school diploma or GED.

· Strong analytical and query skills to investigate, comprehend and drive resolution of all aspects of material and supply chain issues.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize workload and coordinate activities.

· Competent user of Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Word and Excel.

· Team player attitude with a high sense of urgency to respond to time-sensitive issues.

Forklift experience an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
