About Us
Wade’s RV Supercenter is one of the fastest-growing RV dealerships in the region, known for our massive selection, strong customer reviews, and high-performance team culture. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Inventory Administrator to help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and presented at a high level online and on the lot.
Position Overview
This role is critical to our operation. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory across internal systems and our website, ensuring every unit is accurately listed, properly photographed, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Input new and used RV inventory into our system (DMS/CRM)
- Upload and maintain accurate listings on the company website
- Take high-quality photos and videos of RV inventory
- Update inventory sheets and pricing information regularly
- Ensure all unit details (features, specs, pricing) are accurate and complete
- Coordinate with sales and management to keep inventory current
- Audit inventory for errors, missing units, or outdated listings
- Maintain organized records and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail (this is a must)
- Basic computer skills (experience with CRM/DMS systems is a plus)
- Comfortable using a camera or smartphone for photos/video
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Positive attitude and team player
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in automotive or RV inventory management
- Familiarity with website uploads or basic digital marketing
- Basic photo/video editing skills
Schedule
- Full-time (approx. 40–42 hours per week)
- Some Saturdays may be required
