This position is critical in creating a positive student experience and enhancing integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate programs for Chinese international students
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements
• Manage student staff training and development
• Build partnerships across campus for program support
• Organize cultural and educational events
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in student-focused service with international students
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Experience in program/project management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
