Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in the very competitive life sciences business development, market research, and transaction advisory services industry. You will work closely with senior advisors on projects that shape partnerships and growth strategies for Biotech, Pharma, and Medtech companies globally. A key initial project will be to optimize workflows leveraging Artificial Intelligence-Powered tools to enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize workflow with Artificial Intelligence-Powered tools and databases to enhance business processes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in life sciences sectors
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables
- Support business development activities, including outreach and outreach tracking
- Analyze industry trends and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with team members across multiple geographies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post-secondary program. Life Sciences (e.g., biology, biotechnology, pharmacology), Business or a related discipline preferred.
- Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence productivity tools
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently with support from Senior Advisors in a fast-paced environment
- Driven, competitive and collaborative spirit and goal oriented
Preferred
- Interest in business development, consulting, or transaction advisory
- Familiarity with biotech/pharma industry trends
