Job Summary

The Intern, Human Resources (HR) is responsible for assisting HR with different projects involving HR. The incumbent prepares data and reports to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) involving recruitment, retention, and talent management activities. Additionally, the position participates in regular HR activities, including talent review processes and recruitment activities.

Major Responsibilities

· Strive to find the best ways to visualize data and articulate results

· Perform data entry and other clerical assignments as needed

Requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Applies critical thinking

· Demonstrates active listening

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), including Share Point

Education

· Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field
