Job Title: Interior Designer
Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our growing team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet our clients’ needs and vision. If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with team to determine clients design preferences, budget, and requirements
– Develop design concepts that align with clients’ goals and aesthetic preferences
– Create floor plans, furniture plans, aesthetic packages, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design ideas
– Source and Select furniture, fixtures, color schemes, and materials for each project
– Responsible for electrical, tile, lighting and millwork plans and elevations
– Detailed millwork drawings and packages
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
– Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards
– Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs
Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
– Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
– Proficient in AutoCAD, V-ray, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
– Strong grasp of typography and visual design principles
