You will report to the App Ops Principal and will be pivotal in maintaining Interac’s distributed payment infrastructure. Focus on diagnosing application issues, using APM tools like App Dynamics and Splunk, and participating in proactive monitoring to ensure operational excellence.
Your role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement while being available on-call to meet stakeholders’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high-performance payment applications and systems
• Diagnose and resolve application performance issues
• Implement monitoring and automation solutions
• Create performance reports and dashboards for analysis
• Collaborate with senior teams on monitoring requirements
Requirements:
• 3+ years of application support experience
• Strong knowledge of Java and REST APIs
• Experience with App Dynamics, Splunk, or ELK
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
• University degree in Computer Science or related field
