Position: Intake Coordinator Role with SOMA Medical
Become an integral part of SOMA Medical Assessments as a full-time Intake Coordinator focused on managing patient referrals and scheduling. This full-time role is based in our dedicated team environment, Monday through Friday.

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end management of referral processes. You’ll coordinate appointments, review medical documentation, and ensure proper client communication. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle intake and scheduling of new assessments

• Review medical documentation for accuracy

• Confirm appointment details with clients and physicians

• Coordinate necessary ancillary services for exams

• Monitor follow-ups on various work queues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of one year related experience desired

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and medical office procedures

• Typing speed of at least 40 W.P.M.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
