Requirements
- RIBO licensed
- Strong ability to generate and close new business
- Confidence in managing pipeline, referrals, and client relationships
- Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
Preferred
- Existing book of business, strong pipeline, or proven production history
- Personal lines experience; commercial lines experience is an asset
- LLQP is an asset
