Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused  Insurance Sales Advisor  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on suitable insurance products, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new insurance leads through inbound and outbound sales activities

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

Sell personal and/or commercial insurance products

Provide accurate insurance quotes and policy explanations

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Follow up on renewals, endorsements, and cross-selling opportunities

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

Valid  RIBO license  (mandatory) or willingness to obtain

Previous experience in insurance sales or brokerage preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
