Prepare files daily thru the HSC Practice Management System
Correct Pre-bill errors in the HSC Practice Management System
Correct Clearinghouse rejections in the HSC Practice Management System or send to Insurance AR representative for correction
Print HCFA forms from the HSC Practice Management System twice per week and distribute to Insurance AR Representatives
Print IL Medicaid claim forms from the HSC Practice Management System twice per week and distribute to Insurance AR Representatives
Accept claim files that have been billed thru other Practice Management Systems
Correct Clearinghouse rejections from outside Clearinghouse(s) or send report to Insurance AR representative if needed
Obtain allows for all government payers and download to Excel, Import to HSC Practice Management System
Obtain allows for Commercial payers HSC Clients have contracts with, create spreadsheet, Import to HSC Practice Management System
Review wrong allow / no allow task sent by payment posting
Attend Practice Management Meetings as needed, typically webinars
Attend Staff meetings
Work with coding staff on prebill and reject errors if needed
Work with demographics and charge entry staff as needed
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
