Requirements

Minimum 2 years as a licensed Insurance broker or agent with a RIBO, OTL or LLQP license.

A

proven track record

in a direct sales environment

The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

Ability to

source and acquire new client leads

Willing to acquire and pursue training/professional development to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solution

Meet and exceed both individual and team

sales targets

Must Have

– An existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence

Qualifications:

RIBO/OTL/LLQP licensed2+ years experience in insurance sales required
