Overview
Insulator Jobs in Richmond Hill at NDS Insulation Inc.
Duties:
– Install blown-in insulation materials in residential attics
– Fill truck with material at the end of working day
– Insulation removal
– Apply insulation using hand tools such as knives, scissors, and saws
– Seal gaps and joints with caulk or other sealing materials
– Install vapor barriers to prevent moisture buildup
– Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
– Work with drywall and other construction materials as needed
Requirements:
– Previous experience as an insulator or in a similar role preferred
– Proficient in using hand tools for cutting and installing insulation materials
– Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
– Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, or lifting heavy objects
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
