Insulation Apprentice – Willing to Train Jobs in Cranbrook at High “R” Expectations Inc.
Our busy residential and commercial insulation company is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Entry-level Insulators. We offer competitive pay, starting from $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on your experience. We are willing to train the right candidates who are motivated to learn and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
– Assist experienced insulators with batt and poly, blown-in, and spray foam insulation installation
– Handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
– Work at various job sites
Qualifications:
– No previous insulation experience required, but construction experience is preferred
– Must be able to reliably commute to Cranbrook, BC or plan to relocate before starting work
– Must be physically capable of performing the tasks required for the job
– Must be willing to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts on weekdays
