Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and install components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively.
- Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and other building components.
- Perform construction site inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing, stucco application, and drywall installation as needed.
- Conduct restoration work including caulking, plastering, painting, and tile laying to achieve polished finishes.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate assembly.
- Extensive construction experience across various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and welding.
- Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication machinery.
- Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform concrete finishing, framing carpentry, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
