What You’ll Do
- Install blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters with accuracy and professionalism.
- Follow daily routines and processes that keep projects running smoothly.
- Collaborate with designers and fellow installers to solve problems as a team.
- Communicate with clients on-site, handling questions or concerns with confidence.
- Take care of your tools, van, and workspace – because how you work reflects your pride.
- Embrace new technology, including automation and smart-home products.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of widow treatment or custom installation experience required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Clean driving record (for company vehicle use).
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training a plus.
- Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs.

Pay: Competitive pay (based on experience) + incentive opportunities
Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
