Role Overview

The BDO Canada Offices are looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions Income team
. This is an in‑office role that supports the department’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Draft documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients.
  • Accurately enter documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in the insolvency database.
  • Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department with additional duties, collaborating with the local team and other organizational units.
  • Engage in community outreach and utilize social media to promote the Personal Debt Solutions offerings.

Experience And Education

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with staff and external parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Post‑secondary education is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Experience in insolvency or personal debt solutions is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage a busy workload.
  • Capacity to support high‑level management demands with strong attention to detail.
  • Detail‑oriented and deadline driven, able to work independently.
  • Exceptional time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required for this position.

Compensation

$36,000‑$60,000 per annum.
