Maddocks is seeking a professional, motivated, skilled individual to join our team. This position will provide support to our existing and prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting department and corporate growth targets.
DUTIES:
Front support for customer inquiries, quoting and order processing
Understanding/evaluating client’s needs to recommend required products/services
Prepare accurate quotes and contracts including credit terms and delivery dates
Ability to create detailed manufacturing build sheets to customer specifications
Timely verification of purchase order to quote confirmations and processing
Accurate entry into ERP manufacturing program and associated databases
Regular support to ensure customer satisfaction, product quality and timelines
Develop and maintain files, documents, reports and schedules as required
Effective positive internal communication with all levels and departments
Cross train with other departments and willingness to help out when needed
SKILLS:
Minimum 2-3 years inside sales/customer service experience
Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook (Calendar, scheduling)
Experience with SAGE 300 ERP or similar manufacturing ERP program
Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; English, French an asset
Strong mathematical ability, problem solver and motivated for success
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable working within dynamic team environment or independently
Filtration and /or manufacturing experience a plus
